She is no longer a finisher (that honor will go to another Stride), but a sort of "mid-game" Stride, meant to be used after Barbara and before the finisher to gain field advantage and screw up with the opponent. No matter what, she did too much for too little a cost. I wanted her to use the new "force opponent units to move to the Soul" mechanic, as well as call from Soul AND give power to act as a finisher. I think the problem with the previous iteration of Circe was that I tried to make her do too many things at the same time.
